Patient health portals

A patient portal is a secure online website that gives you convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a secure username and password, you can view health information such as: recent doctor visits, medications, immunizations, and lab results.  Some portals allow you to securely send messages to doctors, request prescription refills, schedule appointments, and make payments.

With your patient portal, you can be in control of your health and care.  Patient portals can also save you time, help you communicate with your doctor, and provide support between visits.
